Return Policy Terms and Conditions:

In case you receive a product with a defect/obvious damage or wrong product (color/size), or missing items; you must inform us within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of delivery,

Decoria will refund the money if the reason for the return is in accordance with the terms and conditions of Decoria.
You have 14 days to return from the date of delivery.
For prepaid orders, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to return your items (valid on orders placed starting from January 2025), if you are not satisfied for any reason, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition with the original packaging.
The items being returned must be unused and still intact with the original packaging. When provided, with a return.

We do not accept returned product that has been worn, exposed, washed, tampered with or altered in any way. Except for manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the product
The amount will be refunded after the returned products are inspected and approved within one business week (7 business days)
Please note that shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made after deducting the shipping fees.
The pickup attempt is completed within 7-15 business days
Please note that our working days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After the product is inspected and approved, the refund procedures begin.

The refund timeline begins after the returned product is received and accepted by the quality inspection team. The refund period varies depending on the payment method.

Note: The availability of refund methods depends on the payment method used to pay for the returned order. Note: If the returned item is rejected after inspection by our quality inspection team, we will send you the item(s) back within 7-15 business days without refund. In case of failed delivery, the item will be returned to Decoria and if you wish to collect it, you will have to come and collect it from Decoria warehouse.
