  • Orders are delivered within the Arab Republic of Egypt within a period ranging from 3 to 15 working days.
  • All products are made with meticulous handcrafts.
  • Some orders may experience shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturing or shipping delays, which may increase the delivery period to a maximum of 15 working days.
  • Deliveries take place throughout the week, except for official holidays.
  • Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number to avoid any unwanted delays.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to an incomplete or different address than the address specified when placing the order.
  • If we cannot contact you or you refuse to receive the product for any reason other than an error in the order, the delivery fee will be deducted from the amount paid or charged as a separate fee.
